Where things stand
The app is in development and not on sale. Nothing on this site takes payment. These terms are a draft for launch and do not apply to anyone yet.
Price and trial
- Price
- USD 9.99 a month, planned. One plan with everything in the app. [TAX AND CURRENCY DETAILS SHOWN AT CHECKOUT].
- Trial
- 14 days, with no card and no account. It starts when you press Start trial in the app, not when you install or open it. Nothing renews or charges at the end, because there is no card on file.
- After the trial
- Your tasks become read-only. You can still open, copy and export everything, attachments included. Nothing is deleted.
- When a subscription ends

Buying through Polar
Purchases run through Polar’s hosted checkout, and Polar’s own terms apply to the payment. Your license key arrives by email. Billing is managed in Polar’s customer portal.

Your license
- A key works on one Mac at a time.
- To move it, choose Deactivate in Settings › License on the old Mac, then activate the key on the new one. If the release isn’t confirmed, the key stays where it was.
- Lost the Mac? Release it in Polar’s customer portal, then activate again.
- The app needs the internet to activate and to check the license about once a day. A checked license keeps working offline for up to 7 days.

Your work
What you make in the app is yours and stays on your Mac. We have no access to it. Export makes a complete copy at any time, so keep your own backups. How we handle the little data that does leave your Mac is on the Privacy page.
What it needs
macOS 14 Sonoma or later · Apple silicon. Reminders and Calendar access are optional and only used if you allow them.
