How it works

  1. Catch it from any app. Press Command Shift Space and type the task the way you’d say it. The label, the day and the estimate turn into chips while you type.
  2. Break it into steps that remember. Each step can carry a next move, a short note, a stage, and the file or link you work in. The clock runs on the step.
  3. Pulled away? Leave a breadcrumb. Press Control Option B from any app and write one line about where to pick up.
  4. Come back to your own note. Today starts with a Resume card: the task, the step, and the line you left.

Trial
14 days, no card. It starts when you press Start trial in the app.
Beta
Optional. Tick the beta box in the form if you’re willing to test and share feedback. Your email and choice may be used to prepare an invitation. Joining does not guarantee a beta place.
Launch email
One email, when the app can be downloaded and bought.

What joining keeps

  • Your email address, the time you joined, and which consent sentence you agreed to. Optional beta willingness is stored only if you choose it.
  • Joining twice keeps one record. The answer is the same either way, so the form never reveals whether an address is already listed.
  • Your connection address is used only to limit repeated tries, as a salted hash that expires within two hours. It’s never stored with your email.
  • The record deletes itself after 12 months. We send one email to confirm you joined, and you can remove your address yourself after confirming it by email, or ask us to remove it.
  • The waitlist is separate from feedback. It isn’t used to reply to messages.

Remove a signup using your verified email

Error reports and analytics are separate choices, both off by default. Set them under Privacy preferences at the bottom of the page.
